To be eligible for the U7's children must be in school years 1 or 2.

U7's rugby is classified as Mini Tag Rugby.
Everyone is welcome to join the U7's regardless of skill, experience or gender!
Play is regulated by RFU Regulation 15 (Age Grade Rugby, Guidelines and Appendix 1A).
Pitches : 60m x 30m +5m for ingoal areas.
Ball Size : 3.
Squad Size : 10 players.
Players on Pitch : 5 to 7 players.
Max Single Fixture Duration : 10 mins each way.
Max Festival Fixture Duration : 5 mins each way.
Starts/Re-starts : Free Pass - Offside Line = 7 metres.
Each player must have 2 tags.
Tag must be returned within 3 seconds.
Tagged player must stop within 3 strides and pass within 3 seconds.
Only one step allowed after being tagged to score a Try.
NO CONTACT.
NO KICKING.
2 HANDS ON THE BALL AT ALL TIMES.
NO HAND-OFFS OR FEND-OFFS.
NO FLY-HACKING (KICKING OF LOOSE BALL ON GROUND).
