Due to unforeseen circumstances there has been a date change for this years Annual Club Dinner and Presentation.

The event will now take place at the Clubhouse on Friday May 30th.

We are also pleased to announce that former Wales hooker Garin Jenkins will now be our after dinner speaker.

With more than 50 caps, Garin Jenkins is Wales’ most capped hooker. A former captain of Swansea, he’s played in three World Cups, and won both league and cup honours with his club – not to mention scoring a try in Swansea’s famous 21‑6 rout of Australia in 1992.

Garin has over 12 years of professional sporting experience, through many highs and lows. Since retiring from the profession as a rugby union player, he then took up the post of Ospreys academy manager for 3 years.

Since then he has been involved in rugby coaching and mentoring with the Ospreys rugby academy, also he has undertaken the head coach role of the under 20’s for the past 6 seasons, During that period had to step in half way through the season and was head coach at Aberavon RFC. His involvement has varied from getting youngsters to believe in their ability, to elite players working through tough periods on, and away from the field of sport. Garin’s honesty and realism helps him connect to people at all levels. He is a qualified Welsh rugby union L4 coach. His coaching and mentoring has also taken to many other parts of the world in so many diverse situations. Garin is now Pontypridd's scrummaging coach.

We all look forward to welcoming Garin to the Clubhouse.

Players, members and supporters are requested to meet at the Clubhouse from 6pm to be seated for a 7pm start.

We are pleased that despite increases on costs to the Club that we will freeze the cost of the evening. The cost will be £25 with Youth players paying £20.
