With just the experienced Stephen Robinson over the age of 22 in the starting line up in a team that also had wholesale changes from their last midweek fixture this was an encouraging performance.

Beddau showed plenty of desire to win the game and they showed their battling spirit right up until the final whistle holding on with 14 men due to a late sin binning.

The final score at Cae Fardre was 28-24 to the Green and Golds.
