The Seniors take a Development XV to local neighbours Llantwit Fardre for the annual pre-season game today (kick off 3pm). This is a great chance for the players to impress the coaching team before what looks like a tough yet exciting season.

As curtain raisers for the senior game, the under 7s, 9s and 10s also take on their Llantwit Fardre counterparts from 12.30pm.

The under 16s have agreed to play a seven a side tie with Llantwit at 2pm.

*Cwm Welfare AFC are also in action today as they entertain Panteg at Mount Pleasant in a Welsh League Division Three tie.
