There is yet another big weekend of action for our teams as long as the weather doesn't has its say.

The 1st XV have a break in league action but the coaching team want to keep the momentum moving so they have arranged a mouth watering away tie at Premiership outfit Bedwas on Saturday.

Bedwas currently lie in sixth spot in the league and have a 50% win ratio this season. They have pushed all the top Clubs in the league this season and they came very close to upsetting Pontypridd on their own patch recently where former Beddau centre Aaron Pinches crossed for a try for the Bridge Park outfit.

Kick off is 2.30pm.

The Development XV return to Rhondda & East Glamorgan Premier League action and face one of their toughest games of the season away at Penallta.

Over the last few seasons there have been some tough old battles between the Clubs in the old WRU 2nd XV league and Saturday's fixture is sure to be another close affair.

Garreg Jenkins, Mal Davies and Mal O'Sullivan's squad have been left hugely disappointed during the month of November with several games being called off for different reasons but will be hoping to start back with a bang.

The Youth XV have picked up yet more injuries during the week which means they have almost an entire team out injured but as they showed last week they are in no mood to lie down and grumble. They will be hoping to show what a good spirit they have in their camp when they welcome Rumney to Mount Pleasant, also on Saturday, in a Blues Premier league tie.

Our Mini and Junior "Bulldogs" are in action for the last time in 2014 this Sunday. Good luck to all our teams in the games listed below -

Under 7s v Bryncethin (home)
Under 8s v Bryncethin (home)
Under 9s v Bryncethin (home)
Under 10s v Bryncethin (home)
Under 11s v Penallta (home)
Under 12s v Bryncethin (home)
Under 13s v Ferndale (away)

all other games to be confirmed.

Cwm Welfare 1st XI will be in home action in the Welsh league Division Three on Saturday with Cardiff Corinthians the guests. The capital based club outfit lie in sixth spot and will be another big test for Cwm.
The Reserve XI are without a league game this weekend.

Good luck to all our teams this weekend.
Enjoy your weekend.
