The 1st XV will take on Tredegar at Mount Pleasant Park on Saturday in a Swalec Division One East fixture. The Gwent Valley outfit may currently be lying at the bottom of the table but they have always been a tough nut for Beddau to crack.
Beddau's players will be keen to put in good shifts to keep hold of their jerseys for next weeks big clash with Swansea. But the coaching team have been keen to stress to the players that their focus must be on Tredegar and Tredegar only during this weeks preperations.
Match Referee is Mr Huw David.

The Development XV are in WRU 2nd XV league action as they travel to the Cyncoed Campus to take on Uwic. The Green & Golds had been expected to play their Rhondda & East Glamorgan DRU Ivor Williams Cup semi final with Gilfach Goch this weekend but the WRU intervened and has told Beddau that WRU league games must be played over any District Cup games. Rugby Officer Mal Davies is in talks with Gilfach to try and get this on/off game finally played.
If Beddau ever needed a tough game to prepare for a cup semi final then Saturday's opponents couldn't fit the bill any better. Beddau scraped through in the earlier fixture this season against a big and exciting Student team.
The Youth XV visit Ystrad Rhondda in a Blues Premier League fixture. Dean Barnes and Rico Edwards men will be hoping that this game is on after a season of cancellations that have got in their way. Ystrad are one of the top outfits in the Taff Rhondda District and the young Green & Golds will have to be ready for the challenge of their Rhondda rivals.
The Juniors have all got games pencilled in on the weekend. The under 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s and 11s face the trip to Maesteg Welsh. The under 12s travel to Hirwaun and the under 14s and under 16s are also on the road at Gilfach Goch and Newport HSOB respectively. The Under 13s and under 15s are the only home teams and entertain Bryncethin.
Weather permitting there should be something for everybody to watch in Beddau this weekend before all gathering whether Saturday or Sunday (or both if lucky)at the Clubhouse to watch this weekends round of the RBS Six Nations.
