The Maxey Suite is the main function suite and is perfect for big events such as weddings and parties. It can cater for up to 160 people at a sit-down dinner or for 200 at a standing event. With a dance floor and bar this room is well equipped to host an extravagant party.

We can offer sandwiches or hot/cold buffets or a 3 course meal. Fiona from the Platinum Kitchen is our resident caterer and will be happy to discuss menu options with you.
Music and entertainment
Our resident DJ’s are the Phoenix Roadshow who will be happy to help you with a suggested playlist for your event if you require their services.
Large screen for PowerPoint presentations plus microphone facilities, the room can be set up for all your presentation and conferences requirements.
The Boardroom is a suitable choice for smaller meetings of up to 15 people. There is no screen or projector in here.

Jugs of water and glasses are provided in both rooms.
This is supplied as a basic package.
For an additional cost we can offer:
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits for self service if you would rather take your breaks at times that suit you
Alternatively, you can also pre order hot and cold meals and have hot drinks and biscuits supplied to you on a regular basis throughout the day/evening by our caterer.
