Welcome Andy Davies

In preparation for the new season, Eagles manager, Jon Taylor, and the Management Committee, are excited to have brought on board, the vastly experienced Andy Davies.
Andy holds the UEFA A licence, and is also a qualified FA Coach Educator - delivering over 670 level 1 & 2 coaching courses. Having also gained experience at Football League level, Andy joins us as Head Of Coaching.
Andy will be assisted by experienced and influential EUFA B licence coach, Marc Collier. Fans will remember Marc coming in to help JT through the last half of the season, along with Gil Octave, and both massively helped with the football structure and philosophy that JT was injecting into the playing side; a philosophy that gave the club its most successful points and goal difference total in the league for 10 seasons, plus the added bonus of a 16-game unbeaten run that started in December 2016.
Andy will help JT to try and keep the success that the Eagles enjoyed at the back end of the last campaign, and transfer it to the new season. With JT’s astute signing prowess, Andy will add the benefit of his experience to get the right balance and blend on the pitch.
