The ex military man and fitness guru wasted no time setting out the objectives of the session he'll be leading for the next 4-6 weeks - he simply said expect it to be hard, expect to be pushed to your limits & expect to get fitter & stronger.

Flanked by Joint Head Coaches Ryan Jenkins & Lee Tonks he continued we're here to make this club great again & to take it back to where it belongs, a sentiment which both Jenkins & Tonks echoed.

With near to 40 players attending with a blend of new & old faces the future looks bright for the club, with the likes of Hunter taking pre season the players can only benefit from his expertise.

Pre season continues Thursday at Miners Welfare Park with a meet time of 6:45 for a prompt 7:00 start.

Any new players wanting to attend please feel free to turn up & introduce yourself to any member of the coaching team or players present.
