Fryer needs your help for a great cause
Tom Fryer has begun his pre-season training early, but this is due to him running the East Midland Fun Run, raising money for Beating Bowel Cancer
He Is running 8.5 miles, a very long distance for someone lacking fitness during the season, never mind in the close season.
Having lost his grandad to bowel cancer it is something close to his heart and I am sure we have all come across someone that has been affected in some way.
