Since the building of the new "Two Storey Clubhouse" the facilities that are now available at Belgrave Rugby Football Club must be as good, if not better than any other amateur club in the Country.
Completed in 1999 and officially opened by Dean Richards (Leicester Tigers and England) the club now offers six fully equipped centrally heated "Changing Rooms" each with its own toilet and shower facilities. A designated "First Aid Room" that hopefully will not be used very often and a "Referee's" changing room complete with shower and wash facilities.
The "Function Room" is air-conditioned, has excellent "Bar" and "Kitchen" facilities and can accommodate Wedding receptions, Birthday parties, Work Group Seminars, Keep Fit Classes, Dance Classes, Mother & Toddlers in fact the room can be hired by anyone wishing to hold a function or class (subject to availability and the committee's approval).
There is a complete "Disco" available and a "Function Committee" that will give advice and take bookings on the hiring and running of the "Function Room".
This "Function Committee" consists of "Cliff and Jane Hawkins", "Andy (Sid) Sewell and "Craig Broughton". Any one of these committee members can be contacted at Belgrave Rugby Football Club on most days or evenings on (0116) 2663033.
Ample parking is provided away from the main road and for those wishing to drink and not drive taxi's can be booked from within the building.
