Nailers’ manager Jimmy Albans has continued the revamp of his Belper Town side, with the signing of two more of his former Grantham Town players.

Following the arrival of Phil Watt in October and Jamie McGhee last week, the Nailers manager has now captured the signatures of striker, Paul Grimes (pictured) and goalkeeper, Dan Haystead

Paul was the leading scorer in Grantham’s Evo-Stik League Division One South championship winning side in 2011/12.

He returned to his home town club, Brigg Town, where he was joint player/manager before returning to the Gingerbreads in January 2014.

Dan joined the Gingerbreads in the summer of 2013 from Conference North side, Boston United.

He began his career at Sheffield United and has also played at Hinckley United, Ilkeston and Hucknall Town as well as two spells at Boston United.
