Belper United face another tricky away tie against Bulwell FC this Saturday. Belper United will be without skipper Scott Slater and Jamie Sparkes for at least another weekend. Jordan Ball will be playing his last game for the club before taking up an option of a professional contract in Sweden and will be joined upfront by Evan Garnett.

Last weekend United fought out a 2-2 away draw with last years champions Clifton All Whites. A Sam Vickers goal was added to by Ash Dhindsa late on in the game after United were 2-1 behind and areduced to 10 men.

Bulwell were without a game last week but lost to bottom of the table Eastwood CFC 4-2 the previous week.

The Bulls sit in 4th spot in the league 8 points ahead of United but have played 5 games more. Earlier in the season Belper United won 3-2 at Christchurch Meadows, goals from Jordan Ball, Sam Vickers and Scott Slater.

Paul Postlethwaite says 'We were initially disappointed to only come back with 1 point from Clifton last week, but after being 2-1 down and playing with 10 men for most of the second half, we must be happy with the draw.

The chase for second spot is quite bunched at the moment and on paper we are looking good but we have to start turning our games in hand into 3 points.'
