Belper United again had to make numerous changes to the side. Jordan Mcrobie, Tom Curtis and Joe Conkleton were all missing, add to that Jamie Wilde and Joe Sparham long term injured and Dan Riley having joined Step 6 side Borrowash Vics. Tom Yates, Ben Summers, Josh Wisdom and Ash Dhindsa all returned to bolster the squad.
Allenton United started the brighter of the two sides. After only 5 minutes, an Allenton cross from the right was met with a powerful free header at the back post which brought a superb one handed save from Adam Jablonski.
Belper United gradually got into the game with Scott Clapperton dominating in midfield. After 17 minutes United took the lead. A Belper surge into the Allenton box appeared to see a player obstructed but when the ball broke free to Ash Dhindsa he was upend from behind and the the referee had no choice to point to the spot this time. Sam Vickers stepped up and smashed the penalty straight down the middle giving the keeper no chance.
Allenton again came back on the attack and Adam Jablonski again had to save well when one on on. However, after 35 minutes, Allenton appeared lost there way. Belper put them to the sword and had numerous chances to increase the lead through Ash Dhindsa and Josh Wisdom but the Allenton goalkeeper pulled off a string of fine saves.

Allenton regrouped at interval and the second half was an even affair. After 61 minutes Allenton found an equaliser with Dave Carr curling in an effort from the edge of the area when it looked like Belper United had chances to clear the danger.
The game became end to end with both sides looking for the victory, but it wasnt looking like being Belper United's day when Ben Summers burst free and the Allenton keeper pulled off another great save to keep the scores level.
After 83 minutes Belper United finally got the winner. A corner found Ash Dhindsa free in the 6 yard box and at the second attempt he managed to stabbed the ball home. Allenton bombarded the Belper box for the last 7 minutes but couldn't find an equaliser and Belper United deserved held on for the 3 points.
