With the Berkshire Unicorns beginning their summer season of Touch Rugby, why not join the Unicorns for their Touch Rugby Taster Thursdays and experience this exhilarating and fast-paced sport.

Touch Rugby is a minimal contact sport that is played worldwide by men, women and children of all ages. The game emphasizes running, agility and ball handling skills such as passing and catching.

Similar to Rugby Union, without the tackling, scrumming, kicking and the like, the aim of the game is to score tries. The game is played on a pitch half the size of a conventional Rugby Union pitch.

Interested in giving it a try? Come down to one of our Touch Rugby Taster Thursday sessions at Braywick Park, Maidenhead, from 7pm – 8.30pm.

We'll be focusing on ball passing & handling skills and getting players comfortable with taking the steps to getting match ready. So don't worry if you've not played before, new members are welcome to join us and give it a go
