Berwick signs up to "Positive Coaching" Programme
The SRU run scheme is run in association with The Bill McLaren Foundation.
The scheme started earlier this week when we had a presentation from the SRU on the benefits to our Club for going down this path. In a lively debate those present were able to discuss the problems and successes we have within the Club. This programme will be run over the coming months to develop a clear ethos and culture for our club.
Everyone from the Mini Section to the Senior section will have the chance to forge the path we want to take as a Club going forward. This includes parents, coaches and volunteers. So watch this space for the chance to take part and get involved! Play your part in making a great Club better!
