Sandra Spiers a Ladies Rep on the Executive Committee is trying to reform the Ladies Sub Committee. Sandra has asked that the following message be passed on "With the new season nearly here, as Ladies Rep and after discussion with other members of the Club it was felt that a Ladies Committee should be set up again. In order to do this and to get to all sections of the Club, can you ask any mums, partners in all groups if they would like to attend a meeting at the Club at 8pm, Tuesday, 19th August to discuss further.

The general basis is to set up a social calendar (fund raising events) to include all sections. Ideas in the melting pot at present are:
1. Ceilidh
2. Race Night (always a good fund raiser)
3. Burns Supper
4. Ladies Day
5. Fashion Show

If you have any other ideas, please drop me an email (saspiers@hotmail.co.uk) but the more ladies attending the easier the work load.
