Bideford AFC Supporters Club are delighted to announce that a defibrillator has been fitted on the side of the Robins Nest. The defibrillator is not just available on match days & functions at the Robins Nest as it is available 24/7 to the local community. Local businesses, councillors and individuals contributed towards the cost of the unit and the Supporters Club would like to thank them all for their kind generosity.
The South Western Ambulance Service provided training at the unveiling evening and showed how easy the defibrillator is to use as it analyses the patient and talks the user through each step of the procedure.
