BRISTOL MANOR FARM 4 BIDEFORD 2 (A.E.T.)
BIDEFORD EXIT FA CUP AT BRISTOL MANOR FARM
Bideford were knocked out of the FA Cup last night after being beaten 4-2 at Bristol Manor Farm after extra time.
As with the first game at the Sports Ground the teams were level at 2-2 after 90 minutes but extra time goals from Owen Howe and Dean Stamp saw Manor Farm edge through to play Chipping Sodbury on Saturday.
Bideford took the lead after 15 minutes as Billy Tucker cut inside from the right and struck a shot which beat Ben John at his near post. Manor Farm drew level right on half time as former Robin Owen Howe beat Steve Oliver from a tight angle. Howe then rounded Oliver to put the home side ahead in the 82nd minute but Tucker levelled things up again five minutes later with a stunning free kick. Howe completed his hat trick in the first period of extra time before Stamp made sure of things with five minutes of extra time remaining.
