Birkmyre Minis Success at Accies Tournament

Birkmyre P6 & P7 teams got their names on 2 trophies this weekend after battling against quality opposition and the elements.

In the group stages P7 beat Lenzie (4-0) and West (2-1), and last match drew 0-0 with GHA. That was enough to make the final against Accies, the hosts. In the final the P7s drew 0-0 with Accies, even after extra time! Both club's coaches agreed to share trophy.

The P6s won all their matches beeting GHK in the final ensuring another Accies' trophy with Birkmyre's name on.
