Clubs come together to add strength as one club promoting Rugby League in Birmingham

2016 posed a difficult season for both clubs and following numerous discussions both clubs have agreed to merge the 2 to strengthen as 1 club driving Rugby League in Birmingham.

As part of the merger the club has decided to rebrand itself in the new colours of Red and Black with white trim. It is fitting for the setting in which the club now plays its Home matches at Moseley Rugby Club and supports what is effectively a relaunch of the club with a new committee. The club will continue to play as the 'Birmingham Bulldogs'.

Mark Abel will continue as Chairman whilst Sean Flynn becomes the clubs Senior Head Coach.

Player Recruitment is underway for 2017, Pre season will begin in February and Playing Season end of April/start of May, more details TBC. Anybody wishing to enquire about playing please do not hesitate to contact Sean Flynn on 07808 740500 or SFHF@live.co.uk
