The date for the AGM for 2018 will be Sunday 8 June at 14:00-17:00 in Eden, Birmingham.
Resolutions to be put forward and nominations for elected officers should be sent to the club secretary by e-mail no later than Sunday 24 June 2018
If any resolutions are to be put to the AGM, they need to have support of 10% the membership.
As per section 6.9 of the constitution, only full members who do not owe the club money as of 13 June 2018 will be eligible to vote.
Proxy voting forms will be sent out to members in due course, and should be received by the club secretary no later than Friday 6 July 2018.
Voting for officers will be carried out by secret ballot.
