The party starts at 2.00 pm and runs til 4.00 pm so get there early and don't forget to bring a clearly labelled, wrapped gift for your child as Old Saint Nick will be visiting to present these.

Food and drinks will be laid on (nuggets, chips and squash) so it is important that we get an idea of how many children will be attending and we ask that people please confirm attending names to Ian Earl or Paul Lewis as soon as possible.

We need as much help as can be spared to assist running games, playing music and ensuring the kids are safe and fed etc so could volunteers also please let Paul Lewis or Ian Earl know they will be available. The club will be providing prizes for pass the parcel, musical chairs etc so lets all make it an enjoyable event.

We will also be having our annual Christmas drink on this day staying at the club to watch Rats in the Kitchen, the number 1 UB40 tribute band who will be playing in the bottom room (over 18's only). Tickets cost £10 so if you would like some please let Paul Lewis or a member of the committee know and these will be reserved. If you are not attending the ticketed event please stay for a drink after the game in the spirit of Christmas.

Oh, and if all this wasn't enough, we will be playing Birmingham Exiles on the day. Kick off 2.15 pm
