Sports Massage
for all those aches and pains we love to moan about ...
As most of you now know we are blessed with some expert sport massage knowledge from our very own Tim Long and we now have a second sports massage therapist in the shape of Jess as well.
Both are currently studying for their level 4 which is aimed at top, elite athletes so we should all fit in fine!
We are fortunate enough to have Jess volunteer her time to come and give us our pre/post match massages so please make use of her when she is down.
Jess has also offered to sort you out BRFC members with a massage at other convenient times as well for a very reasonable cost.
