U18 playing adult rugby form
For Strict Compliance This form MUST be completed before any U18 player is permitted to represent BSRFC in one of our Adult sides
RFU reportable injury - report form
The Club is obliged in order to comply with our insurance policy to report any significant injury to any player irrespective of age that occurs whilst they are playing rugby. A significant injury is classed as one which requires the injured player to be hospitalised overnight. So in simple terms - dealt with by A&E and sent home - no report Kept in - even for just 1 night- then we need this form filled outa nd sent to the RFU. a copy will be retained at the club for our records.
BSRFC CRB Policy

Clubs policy with regard volunteers being properly accredited as far as CRB clearance before they undertake any role involving contact with the Young people under our care.
Order for For BSRFC Tiles
This is the form which should be used to order a club tile. The price covers the cost of two tiles. You get one, the other will be installed in the main gents toilets at the club.
