RUGBY TRAINING MASTERCLASS

With MIKE FRIDAY & PHIL GREENING MONDAY 13 FEBRUARY 2012 @ BLACKHEATH RUGBY, WELL HALL 9:45 till 4:00 Open to all u13-u16 players

An outstanding opportunity for junior players to get coached by two elite international senior coaches.

Mike Friday

Player: England A, England 7s, England Students, Barbarians, London Wasps, Blackheath, Rosslyn Park

Coach: England 7s Head Coach, England National Academy Coach, England Women's 7s, London Welsh, Blackheath

Phil Greening

Player: British & Irish Lions, England, Gloucester, Sale, London Wasps (2 Heineken Cups & 4 Premiership titles)

Coach: England 7s, London Welsh

Registration from 9:00am.
Blackheath Rugby, Well Hall site, Kidbrook Lane, Eltham, London.

There will two groups; u13 & u14 players working together and u15 & u16 players working together.

Day includes group warm ups, sessions with Mike and Phil and matches at the end of the day.

Players will be ready for collection from 4:00pm.

Players need appropriate clothing for contact rugby and mouthguards.

Players will also need to bring a packed lunch with drinks and suitable snacks.

THERE ARE LIMITED PLACES AND PREVIOUS TRAINING DAYS WITH MIKE & PHIL HAVE SOLD OUT WITHIN 48 HOURS.

Costs only £45 for whole day and is open to all players of all standards.

THERE IS A REDUCED RATE OF £40 TO ALL BLACKHEATH JUNIOR PLAYERS.

    This sounds great - is it open to Blackheath Girls?

    Unfortunately this is not open to Blackheath girls.
    This is purely because of the contact element of the training.
    However if you think there is sufficient interest from your players and those girls at other clubs we could certainly look into running a day especially for female players.
    Just to give you an idea we'd probably need a group of around 20 players to run something.
