Heathens - Team News

Match preview - Blackheath v Rosslyn Park

Top of the table again Heathens face second placed Richmond

After the disappointment of crashing out with a wimper from the Kent Cup what better way to bounce back with a visit of second placed Richmond to the Rectory Field 2pm kick off.

The Heathens are back on top. As they say the league does not lie but the Heathens are top on 45 points, Richmond are second on 37 points having played 4 games less

The Heathens travelled to the Athletic ground back in September and produced a great come back to leave with a long overdue victory 25-18.

This was the second game played when the Heathens went on a run of 8 consecutive league wins. Since the end of November the Heathens
have not been able to emulate that run but what better way to correct the slide with a home win against our nearest challengers.

The weather forecast is for a sunny day, max temperature 8 degrees, an 8mph wind from the SouthWest with Good visibility

The referee is Simon Mussellwhite and the touch judges are a Blackheath Sub and Richmond Sub

Around the grounds where there is a rather full programme - Cambridge play Plymouth, Henley entertain Shelford and Rosslyn Park take on Old Albanians
