Blackthorn Event @ College Settlement June 6th and 7th

Here you go gents- time to put up. Can someone get it on the website and organize the volunteers? I would like to get back to Jan by tomorrow with numbers.
The Wednesday night gig was just me, Currie, Arble and Maxwell last year. It took us about an hour.

Hi Al,

We are making all the final arrangements for the June Supper at College Settlement on Thursday, June 7.
I’m hoping we can count on Blackthorn’s support again.

The tent, tables and chairs will be delivered on Wednesday, June 6. We need help at 6 pm with setting up the tables in the Dinner Tent.

And on Thursday, June 7 by 4:45 pm with adult help in the Dining Hall with serving, and younger help in the Dinner Tent with serving beverages, busing tables and cleanup.
