Constitution
The Club will be called “The Boarding Party”
The Club will have Four Officers, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. These officers will form the committee along with two ordinary members. Other members may be asked to join the committee as required.
- A meeting shall be quorate with four committee members present.
- The officers will be voted for by fully paid up members at the AGM (Annual General Meeting)
- The Club will hold an Annual General Meeting once a year, the date to be advised to all members at least one month in advance.
- The Treasurer will present a Statement as to the finances of the club at the AGM, and to the committee as required. The Treasurer will maintain a bank account in the name of the club.
- Any payments made by the Treasurer in excess of £ 10 are to be approved by at least one other committee member.
- The Secretary will maintain a membership list.
- Cost of membership will be £5 pa. Family membership will be £10 pa. Payable on the 1st September
- The committee will meet at least once every two months, at other times as required.
- Membership will be open to all.
- Membership may be rescinded by the committee for inappropriate behaviour.
- All members over the age of 16 will be eligible to vote.
- The Constitution may be changed by the Committee.
Club Aims
The aims of the club are to promote Rugby Football and Pirates Amateurs Rugby Football Club in particular.
To support the Management of the Pirates Amateurs RFC in any practical way possible.
To assist with travel for supporters to away games.
To assist supporters and supporters clubs visiting Pirates Amateurs RFC
