Bognor fell to their third defeat of the season as they couldn't respond to Wealdstone's three, well-taken goals in London.
Bognor travelled to Grosvenor Vale to take on Wealdstone on a showery day of September.
Ollie Pearce was fit to start on the bench as Rocks took to the field. Chinedu McKenzie was on the bench with Alex Parsons reprising his role up front.
Doug Tuck's forward lofted pass was ran onto by James Crane but then the goalkeeper Jonathan North gathered it outside of his area and so a freekick was awarded to Bognor. Crane swung it in low into the box but the Wealdstone defence cleared the danger.
Harvey Whyte did well on the left before curling a cross in but it bounced once in the area before flying out for a goal kick.
Rocks were utilising the slope to their advantage as Whyte was brought to ground by Matthew Day on the half way line.
A long searching ball by Sami El-Abd saw Alex Parsons in the box but the goalkeeper got there first.
Ben Swallow then spooned a shot over following a low cross by Parsons from the right on 9 minutes.
Edward Oshodi squared the ball to Anobaker Eisa who's shot was deflected and looped up but just flew wide of the goal. Dan Lincoln had to gather another chance soon after when the ball spun up again in the area.
Lincoln had to come out to gather another chance as it ricocheted of El-Abd before falling to from Matthew Wichelow's attempt.
Calvin Davies did well to get a cross in after Jimmy Muitt was blocked. Crane and Whyte were lurking in the area but it ended up behind them both, meaning an easy clearance for the Stones.
Bognor won a freekick on 21 minutes, but Dan Beck's chipped ball into the area was caught offside with Whyte in pursuit following the block by North.
Crane was begging for the ball on the left but everytime Bognor played the ball down the flank it was too far ahead of him.
Eisa's cross picked out Daniel Fitchett but his looped header was easily gathered by Lincoln.
Swallow played the ball forward down the line to Davies who crossed it low for Parsons. He hit it first time but his attempt was deflected up and it was North who had to push it over the bar on 27 minutes.
Davies had to head out a nasty cross by Eisa and then the corner kick by Wichelow was headed high and wide by Ricky Wellard.
Tuck knocked the ball forward to Crane who hit a spinning and deflected shot wide. The corner by Swallow was headed away at the near post.
The ball was played across by Swallow to Muitt and he got into a pocket of space before letting fly with a left footed strike but it was always rising over the goal on 36 minutes.
El-Abd lost the ball and then Whyte fouled Daniel Green 20 yards out. The same player stepped up to take the freekick on 38 minutes. Green struck it with his left foot and the ball curled and dipped before flying into the net beyond Lincoln to give Wealdstone the lead.
Late in t half, Eisa swung the ball in for Fitchett who slid in to divert it towards goal but Lincoln was well positioned to save.
Ryan Sellers did well on the left two minutes into the restart before crossing into the box. But Lincoln caught it as he plucked it out of the sky in the area.
Sellers received a booking for a late challenge on Lincoln as he cleared a ball forward shortly after.
Oshodi won the ball from a poor pass out of defence. Lincoln got fingertips to his low attempt to send it out for a corner.
The break from the corner saw Chad Field kick it out to Swallow who ran forward before playing it to Muitt who ran onto the byline before cutting it back across the goal and it was just too much for Swallow as the ball rolled clear of him in the area - a great chance missed.
Field had to block a cross sending it off for a corner. Oshodi had nodded it low into the net but the referee ruled it out on 56 minutes as he had already fouled the defender in the area.
Muitt was clearly fouled just inside Wealdstone's half by Eisa who who slid in very late on 61 minutes.
Fitchett passed it back to Wellard who hit it quickly and low from outside the box. But his strike on 63 minutes was driven straight at Lincoln.
Wichelow was blocked off and then Green was also stopped in the area as Field finally cleared the danger on 66 minutes.
Whyte went close when he spun his marker before hitting it from 25 yards but the ball bounced off the left post.
Swallow fed Crane on the left and his dipping shot was spilled slightly by North before being gathered soon after by the goalkeeper.
El-Abd committed a foul and another freekick was awarded in a dangerous area. But Green curled and dipped it wide beyond the right post this time.
Ollie Pearce returned from injury as Davies made way on 69 minutes.
But on 71 minutes the Stones had the ball in the net. The Rocks sat back and a cross-field ball fell to Sellers who cut inside before scooping it into the net.
Down the other end, Pearce had the ball in the net a minute later but it was pulled back for offside.
Eisa was tripped right on the edge of the box when Whyte slid in late. The freekick was struck by Wichelow but it was blocked out for a corner. Lincoln had to double fist the ball out. He was called into action again when he dived to his right to deny Wellard seconds after.
On 76 minutes Wealdstone were three goals to the good. A corner curled in from the right fell onto the head of Ciaran Brown who headed in as he ran through the penalty area.
Parsons came off for Jimmy Wild on 78 minutes.
Then Pearce had a chance with a freekick. Though he curled his effort wide of the left post on 79 minutes.
Cutting in from the right it was Eisa again but he shot wide with his left foot with ten minutes left.
A lofted cross onto the back post had to be kicked out by Crane soon after as Rocks struggled to get the ball out of their own half.
Fitchett was replaced by Jermaine Osei and also Stephane Ngamvolou came on for the hosts.
Wichelow forced a fingertips save from Lincoln, who pushed this chance over the bar from outside the box on 85 minutes.
Inside four minutes of stoppage time, Pearce slid another chance wide as he combined with Wild and a pass by El-Abd but it was far too late to get anything from this game.
Rocks travel to Hemel Hempstead on Tuesday, with a 7.45pm kick off hoping for an improved performance.
