The meeting takes place after our first Winter Training session at Bolton Arena, but we've allowed an hour for people to freshen up and/or grab a bite to eat.

- GM's report
- Treasurer's report
- update on ball park
- update on training
- election of officers
- any other business

Any member who wishes to be involved in the management of the club is welcome to get involved. If you wish to stand as an elected officer you can submit a written nomination to oliverijcollins@aol.com upto the 9th November. Please include details of the proposer and seconder. Nominations will also be accepted at the AGM.

All current committee members have expressed that they are happy to continue in their current roles (although if anyone wishes to stand in opposition to any of the roles, this is acceptable). There is the vacant postion of Assistant GM available on the committee if anyone is interested in fulfilling this role.
