Its back again

After the great success of last years tournament we are once again running a 5-a-side competition this year, but this time it will be bigger and better!!

It will be held on Sunday 24th June and applications are now being accepted. Contact Pabs for an entry form and full competition details (paul.latham10@gmail.com).

We are expecting places to go quite quickly so don't delay. Please help spread the word and pass this information onto anyone you know who may be interested in entering a team.

It would be great to get as many CCL teams in as we can.

*£75.00 Entry Per Team

*Entry forms including payment (cash or cheque) must be received by 31st May 2012

*Please arrive at the ground for registration by 9.30am

*Parking will be available on site at a cost of £3.00 per car

*Your entry fee is non-refundable after 31st May 2012, should you decide to withdraw from the competition.

*All applications are on a first come first serve basis – you will be fully refunded should the tournament be cancelled, postponed or if all places are filled by the time your entry form and money is received.

*This will be a 48-team tournament, consisting of 8 groups of 6 teams selected at random, which guarantees at least 5 games minimum. The top two teams in each group will progress to the knock-out stages with the 3rd and 4th placed teams going into a separate ‘plate’ competition. The bottom two teams will leave the tournament after the group stage.

*All teams are to consist of a minimum of five and maximum of eight players; five of which may be permitted on the field of play at any one time.

*Fully qualified referees will be provided for all matches, with assistant referees provided for Semi Finals and Final.

*This competition has been sanctioned by Hampshire Football Association – all disciplinary issues will be dealt with appropriately.

*By submitting this entry form you are agreeing to the tournament rules which will be provided to you 7 days in advance.

*An engraved trophy will be presented to the winning team, and individual medals will be provided to the winners and runners-up.

*Hot and cold refreshments will be available to purchase throughout the day.

*Professional First Aid services will be on site should they be required.

*The ground has a strict no smoking policy. Gazebo’s can be brought along and erected on site should you wish to set-up ‘camp’.
