Guernsey FC Home Games – information required from visiting teams:
1. Times of flights (please note that flight choice is subject to
availability, and whilst we will do our best to get your first choice
flights, this may not always be possible).

2. Airline tickets are all ‘electronic’ all you require at check in is the airline reservation number shown on your itinerary. Please
remember you will need photographic ID (passport, driving
licence) to travel.

3. Group must travel out and back as a team. Any difference to this
will be at the individual’s cost.

4. The airline has the right to refuse boarding to anyone showing
signs of inebriation etc.

5. Each person is allowed 1 checked in bag up to 20ks, and 1 hand
baggage up to 10ks.

6. Bed and breakfast has been pre-paid, but all extras are the individual’s responsibility. Usually for groups a designated leader leaves one credit card as a guarantee for extras, or damage caused by the team.

8. Car parking at Gatwick Hilton – the team has 6 allocated places
for parking (valid between 1400 Friday to 2300 Sunday).

9. Supporters’ rates – we have advantageous rates and conditions
for travel to Guernsey for the match (for example, if the match is Mandy Eulenkamp

10.Transfers in Guernsey – your transfer company is Intransit.
Please note the following information from them: there should be
no eating, drinking, smoking, bad language etc on board. Access
to the hotel car park can be limited especially on the weekends so
guests need to be on time and to look out for the coach on the
main road at the entrance to the hotel rather than inside the car
park.

11.If you require dining reservations at the hotel please let us know
as soon as possible. Special dietary requirements need to be
requested at least a week in advance, we will do our best to see
that these are fulfilled but can not make any guarantees.
