The purpose of this meeting is to ratify a change made to the club constitution as recommended by the Inland Revenue in order to fulfil the CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club) criteria.

The additional statement is specifically regarding appeals about membership(s) to the General Committee. See below:

‘Any applicant/member who has been refused membership or has been given notice of termination may appeal against the decision. Any appeal will be considered at a general committee meeting.’
