Bag Pack - Fantastic Success
Despite the difficulut economic climate this year's Christmas Bag Pack was a fantastic success.
Thanks to the efforts of more than 50 players and 20 plus parents and other volunteers we raised a staggering total of £1358.21. Congratulations and many thanks to all those who pulled out all the stops and made it along at this very busy time of year. There are some lovely photos of players and parents doing their stuff on the day on the club website; and there should be an article in the Local shortly.
At the next committee meeting it will be decided how much to donate to the Bourne Outdoor Pool (Sainsbury’s nominated charity) and how much to be used by the club for the purchase of equipment etc. I’ll put an item in the weekly update next month once it has been decided. In the meantime thanks once again for the tremendous turnout and amount raised. Well done!!
