We have now received our allocation of “Priority Sale” of tickets from the organisers of the RUWC 2015.

A full set of the documentation explaining the arrangements for the “Priority Sale “can be found in the documents section of the website Click Here. You will also find details of prices, terms and conditions of sale and the application form to apply for these tickets on the website. In accordance with RFU guidelines the allocation of tickets within the club will be decided by the fair, open and transparent methods.

Members, Life Members and Honorary Life Members are all eligible to apply to the club for access to these tickets. Each member can apply for up to 4 tickets per match. If the Twickenham games are oversubscribed a ballot will be held.

The key dates of the process are:

Mon 28th April: Applications for tickets to be received by Jerry King.

Tues 29th April: BRUFC General Committee meets to:
• Verify the eligibility of applications
• Determine whether a ballot is required

Wed 30th April: Ballot to be held at the club at 1930 if required. The ballot will be open to all club members to attend.

Jerry King will inform successful applicants who can then apply on line for the priority sale tickets. A list of the successful applicants will be posted on the clubhouse notice board. The tickets will be sent directly to the members and not distributed by the club, as normally happens for international tickets.

Could I therefore remind all to ensure that they check that their membership is up to date prior to the “Priority Sale” commencing.

Any queries regarding the sale, or purchase, of RUWC 2015 tickets should be referred to the BRUFC Chairman, Jerry King, who is the committee member responsible for international tickets.
