Women's RugbyFIT

RugbyFIT started in 2014 for women wanting an alternative fitness class to those typically offered by local gyms. The classes are designed to improve fitness and core strength through rugby-based drills and games of non-contact rugby.

The content of the classes is different every week ensuring they remain fun and engaging for all those attending. They are non-contact, although there is occasionally the chance to hit some pads and have a go on the scrummaging machine!

As well as being a fantastic way to get fit and shed a few pounds, RugbyFIT is a great way to meet new people in Bourne. There are events at the club that the ladies are included in plus other social get togethers arranged by the team.

RugbyFIT is on Thursday nights from 6.45 - 7.45pm at the club and it runs throughout the year, whatever the weather. Individual sessions are just £3 or annual club membership at £45 is available, which also includes other benefits.

No need to book, just turn up on a Thursday evening in sports kit with a bottle of water & boots if you have them.
