AGM update

BRUFC Ltd AGM: 7.30 pm, Wednesday 14 June 2017 at the Clubhouse

As already announced, this year's AGM will take place in the Clubhouse at 7.30pm on Wednesday 14 June 2017.

Members wishing to submit motions or nominations for office should make them to me no later than midnight on Tuesday 30 May 2017.

Motions and nominations should be proposed and seconded by Voting Members of BRUFC Ltd. These can be in writing or email.

As regards nominations: names should be entered where indicated on the template below.
They should be submitted by midnight, the 30 May to me at: 19 Warwick Road, Hale, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA15 9NS, or left behind the bar at the clubhouse in a sealed envelope marked for my attention. Emails should be sent to rogernjames@icloud.com.

Alternatively members can enter their nominations (and proposers and seconders) on a copy of the template which will be put up on the clubhouse notice board on Sunday 21 May 2017 (and taken down on 30 May 2017)

Members of the Committee will also be making nominations for each of the posts.
