Team Peak Performance (formerly Team AD122) are taking part in the Macmillan Trans Pennine Mighty Hike on 18th July to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Care. It starts at Hadfield near Manchester and ends in Chapeltown north of Sheffield - around 26 miles.

We will be grateful for your help to reach our £800 target.
