Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the members of Bowdon Rugby Union Football Club Ltd will be held at Bowdon Rugby Union Football Club, Clay Lane, Timperley, Cheshire on Wednesday 14th December 2016 at 7:30pm to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Resolutions, making choices where these are required.

1. That the Club increases its current borrowing for the purpose of purchasing the 2nd Team Pitch, and if required to pay off the Carlsberg Loan

2.That the Articles of Association published be adopted with amendments, with choices being made where required. All proposed amendments being the suggestions of members or the committee during a membership wide consultation
