The Committee would like to take this opportunity to remind you that 2011/12 season membership subscription fees are now due. Membership runs annually from 1 May to 30 April.
The new membership form for the 2011-12 season has now been released. Please click on the link on this page to download it. Instructions are included on page 2 of the form.
All player under the age of 18 must have submitted the RFU Photographic consent form, signed by a parent or guardian, to their age group manager.

The form is dual sided. Side one should be used by the Principal member, ie a single Player, Parents in a Family membership, VP or Social member. Side 2 should be used to list all the Player children and the second named adult in a family membership. Completed forms and payment can be left behind the bar for the attention of LIS CASEY. Players and family members may find it more convenient to hand forms in via their team managers.
All junior player (anyone under the age of 18) must have a copy of this form submitted to their age group manager that has been signed by a parent or guardian.
This form should be completed by any mini or junior player (U5 - U17 inclusive) who is new to or rejoining the club. The completed form should be returned to the player's age group manager or given directly to Tom Walford (Mini and Junior Membership Co-ordinator).
