A Club with history, tradition, pride and desire, Bracknell RFC is looking to appoint a dynamic figure to lead a Coaching Team, oversee the 1st XV and re-establish the Club as a National League Rugby Club.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chairman of Rugby and be responsible for Player Development of 4 Senior Teams.

Ideally, you will demonstrate a successful track record as a Senior Coach and/or an experienced player of National League standard or above. He/she should preferably hold a minimum Coaching Qualification of an RFU Level 2 Award or recognised equivalent. A player/coach proposal would be welcome but is not essential.

The successful candidate will head up a new Rugby Structure. He/she will therefore play a key role in developing and implementing this structure.

You will be required to commit your time to a thorough pre season programme, club training sessions twice a week and match day Saturdays throughout the season. You will also lead a Player Retention and Recruitment plan with the support of the Rugby Committee.
