Training takes place 7.30pm each Tuesday and Thursday at Lily Hill during the season. Training on Tuesdays is concentrated on drills, exercises, routines while Thursdays are 'squad nights', where training is in preparation for Saturday matches, running through moves and getting the backs and forwards working as units.
