Bracknell Rovers Football Club have this week announced a one year extendable sponsorship with a popular Ascot venue.
Jagz is a popular bar, nightclub and jazz performing venue based at Ascot station. Jagz have contributed to the club's coffers, as well as providing the players match day and training food free of charge and offering all members exclusive VIP cards, ensuring discounts at the bar and free entry to the ever increasingly popular nightclub. The football club will be holding all meetings and training events at Jagz.
The football club has seen only positive times since formation in 2009, with back to back promotions, growth of youth programmes/ teams and now playing under their own floodlights.
Bracknell Rovers are the only local club offering free football to children and are always encouraging new children and adults to join.
A host of new and impressive signings such as Steve Brock, Alex Lumley, Sean Graham, Gareth Evans and Dan Gigg have all left semi professional football to help the club up the divisions, now Rovers' have Bracknell Town FC in view on the horizon after hammering their reserves 3-0 this season, Sword's are now topping their division, last week with a 9-1 smash and grab against last season's champions Britwell FC.
Chairman Richard Lloyd claimed "It's incredible that our club are being approached by one of countries most well known venues, they have seen what we are doing and are impressed, the costs of running these voluntary clubs is always on the rise, with a massive rise anticipated next year, our clubs need the support of local businesses"
