The Seconds make amends for Saturday's stuffing by Pudsey Congs by comfortably beating table-topping Saltaire to reach the last eight of this year's Priestley Shield.
After being set a challenging 208-4 by Bingley, Saltaire never got into any sort of rhythm as batsmen after batsmen was sent procession-like from the middle, with Bingley running out eventual winners by 103 runs, Romil Butt claiming a swift 4-21 inside just four overs.
The going was slow for Warren Allitt and Rob Dunn first up, as the Saltaire bowlers equipped themselves well, maintaining tight lines throughout.
Rob was eventually bowled in the sixteenth over, but Matthew Keeton was on-hand to start building a partnership with Captain Woz, the pair adding 68 for the second wicket.
Warren fell after making 59, which on this deck would prove an admirable score, to leave Bingley on 105-2.
Matty continued his good work and when he was finally caught he'd made an excellent 52 and the visitors had laid a great platform for an Adam Swallow-Richard McCarthy charge.
And the charge came: Swalls hit the ball to all parts of Roberts Park on his way to an unbeaten 42, and Macca (19 not-out) hit the longest ball of the day, landing one nicely in the river.

As the second-half got underway, Bingley's opening bowlers Richard Slater (2-21) and Jack Hartley (1-11) strangled Saltaire for runs. They were backed-up by sharp fielding too, Waj Ali claiming a smart one-handed snaffle that was much like watching him hover around the cakes table at the tea interval. Great work.
Runs were rare; Saltaire's number three batsman seemed to think some kind of replay system was operating in this year's Shield as he left ball after ball, perhaps in the hope of a draw and a return fixture at Wagon Lane on Tuesday week.
Richie Mac (2-18) was introduced after Jack's seven overs were up, and he continued to turn the screw with his mystery spin.
There was some resistance from Saltaire in the form of their number seven batsman 'Chris', who plundered 36, but he didn't last long once Romil was brought on to wrap up the innings.
Bowling full and straight, three of Rom's victims were clean bowled, and Saltaire surrendered their innings on 105 all-out.
A top effort to get back to winning ways, and the Seconds now welcome either Yeadon or Great Horton to Wagon Lane in the quarter finals on Sunday 17th June.
