The event runs from Thursday 3rd September through to Monday 7th September.
Help is needed from the evening of Wednesday 2nd September to erect safety fencing, put up lighting, put out the large litter bins around the site and put up safety signs.
Thursday 3rd Sept sees campers arriving from 09.00am and help is needed to show them to the camping areas etc.
Friday 4th Sept is the busiest day when help is needed all day from 09.00am to 21.00pm. Dutys will include car parking & road marshalls, general stewarding and help on reception.
Saturday 5th Sept we will need help in the morning from 09.00am to deal with the final arrivals.
Sunday 6th Sept we need general stewarding throughout the day.
Monday 7th Sept we need as many people as possible to do a general clear up after the campers have left.
All profits go back to rugby.
