Rugby World Visits Bingley
The Mixed Ability Bumbles V Warriors Game attracts the Worlds best selling Rugby Magazine.
Rugby World Deputy Editor Alan Pearey today confirmed his attendance for Saturdays International at the Bradford and Bingley Ground.
After the game, Alan will spend the afternoon investigating the origins of inclusive rugby with Welsh Manager Gwilym Lewis, and talking to Bumbles Manager Mark Goodwin about the more recent emergence of the English Mixed Ability Team.
Players with and without disabilities will be interviewed about the benefits of Rugby Union and Bradford and Bingley Representatives asked how well the new side has been absorbed into the club.
Manager Mark Goodwin said " We are expecting the Bumbles biggest ever crowd this weekend and have recieved massive support from rugby players of all local clubs including practical help on the day from some injured players. Kick off is 11'o clock and refreshments will be available throughout the day".
