We are organising an elephant race night (adults) on Friday 27th April at Salem club house. Tickets are available for £5 each, which includes entry, race program, supper and the best DJ around.

All profits are to fund the future development of junior rugby at Bradford Salem. So please make every effort to come along have a great night and raise some money for the kids and club.

If you have ever wanted to own your very own thoroughbred racing elephant then now is your chance. We are selling the elephants for the very modest sum of £5. If your elephant wins then you will receive a prize. There are 48 elephants available so please let's get selling. You can even name the elephant.

If you would like to sponsor a race then nows your chance. £20 per race, name the race after your business and get a little advertising.
8 races in total so be quick.

If you can't make the evening then please sponsor a race or buy an elephant or 2.

Tickets available at all training sessions and games please see Sam Blackburn (u10's). 07973521937

Please pass this on to family and friends the more the merrier.
Feel free to contact me for further info. It is important that we all make every effort to make the evening a success for the kids and club.

This is a great way of raising money and having a great night out. The more we raise the more we can invest in the future of junior rugby at Salem.

Ticket sales have started well but we still need more people to be involved. I will be selling tickets, Elephants and looking for race sponsors on Sunday19th Febuary at our home game against Baildon.
Remember if you can't make it on the evening you can still sponsor a race or become the proud owner of a race elephant .
    Many thanks

Once again I will be selling the tickets and elephants on Sunday at our home game against Baildon. We still have 4 races that are looking for a sponsor.
So please let's all get behind this event and help raise some funds for the kids.
    Cheers
    Sam

A fantastic night last night. A big thank you to everyone who helped to organise the evening, sponsored races and bought elephants. Still some funds to collect in but early calculations we have raised around £1500. Thank you all once again.

A big thanks to Sam for toiling away organising the Elephant Race Night. To Mike for being a great DJ for the event, to Pie Tom for the pies, for the coaching staff for displaying their culinary skills in preparing one of the most complex of dishes mushy peas, to our lovely wives for supporting us through a busy 1st junior year.

Finally to all the sponsors, those who came along and enjoyed themselves cheers we couldn't have done it without you all.

Good luck to the 9's against Ripon, 10's against Old Croc's today.
