Salem Girls Rugby
Under 13s can play in mixed teams.

We are a friendly, fun group of girls keen to encourage girls on their rugby journey.

We are always looking to recruit new players at u15 (school years 9&10) and u13 (school years 7&8). We welcome absolute beginners as well as experienced players and players who have experience in Rugby league and want to try 'the other code'. We have a group of all difference mixed abilities with some girls who have never played at school but all of our girls enjoy the game.
Our emphasis is on development and fun both as individual players and as a team, working to the RFUs core values; Teamwork – Respect – Discipline – Sportsmanship – Enjoyment.
Our coaches are all experienced and qualified, and design training sessions to be enjoyable, developing skills and creating teamwork and sportsmanship with our players.
Training takes place every Wednesday evening from 7:00 – 8:00pm . All you need to bring is suitable exercise clothing, rugby boots and a sense of fun.
