Everyone love fitness!

Now that the Summer Leagues have finished for both the Ladies and Men's sides, the hard work and fitness begins!

Ladies have fitness training planned for Wednesdays with detail being posted on their Facebook group and via Louise Walker.

Club fitness training begins tonight at 6:30pm at the clubhouse. All those who are coming to committee at 8pm have a nice excuse to get down a bit earlier and partake in some fitness!
